This was the first time we stayed at this house but will not the last!!! Beautiful well equipped home. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to prepare a meal. Large gorgeous yard and oh that veiw!!!! River was absolutely awesome!! Can't wait to come back next year!!!!

The house is on a lovely spot on the river. The view from the porch is great. While a kayak would be very difficult to launch from there, Riverside Canoe is just 12 min. down the road. The property manager was quick to help with a problem. It rained quite a bit this week, but we had some sun. Enjoyed the fire pit and Jacuzzi. Would recommend.

My new favorite place to stay on the New River. We enjoyed just sitting on the covered porch listening to the river and the dogs loved the fenced area to play in. We will definitely be back again.

While we were there for a sad reason (funeral), we were certainly grateful to find such a beautiful place to call home for a few days. The accommodations were clean, the home was lovely, and the views were spectacular. We would love to return when we can spend more time to just kick back and relax in those amazing surroundings.

Had a great weekend with friends celebrating one of us having a 50th birthday. The rental is well equiped for cooking and having a good time for a group of 4 couples. The guys fished all day Saturday while the women had a good day shopping. We had a great time and plan to rent again in June. Thanks

Really superbly appointed rental. Fantastic kitchen that is spacious and stocked with quality appliances. The house was immaculate-please pass that on to housekeeping staff. Fire pit gazebo by the river is an excellent addition to the property.
Would be nice to have a wagon or cart of some kind to transport firewood or picnic supplies.

The house was very clean, the porch and river were so relaxing. Kids enjoyed playing volleyball and badminton. The hummingbirds greeted us each morning. The layout of the house was perfect for a family of six, with room to spare. We hike New River State Park, Mt. Jefferson and tubed in the backyard.

The property was exactly as described, for our group of nine people. Everyone had a bed end it was an outstanding place to bring our two dogs - Fenced in section right off the deck really makes it easy to know your dog is safe but with some freedom to wander.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The river is gorgeous and being able to sit on the swings, walk along the banks, and sit by the fire was lovely. We also enjoyed playing in the large yard. The house is large with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch and the hot tub! We would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family. We brought all our food with us and stayed at the house. On our way home, we visited Mt. Jefferson Natural Area and hiked there--just beautiful!

We loved our stay here. We had 4 small children who loved having a separate play space/living area downstairs. The view is beautiful and the kids loved exploring the river and building a fire. We enjoyed the easy drive to West Jefferson. The hot tub was the perfect way for the adults to relax after the kids went to bed!

We just lost our Daddy in September. This was a much needed retreat for our family’s. The house was great! Lean and most comfortable. We rested well ate well and relaxed. We enjoyed the river and the fire pit. We’ll be back!

We took our grandsons for a few days away from homeschooling and called it a field trip. We fell in love with this home and amenities.
Beautifully furnished, spacious, and with a gourmet kitchen to cook our family's favorite meals!
Our little Jack Russell terrier loved the huge yard to run in.
We will definitely rent this property again.

Me and my family spent 3 days here and never ran out of things to do.
Hot tub is huge and fit everyone comfortably. The kids loved S’mores at the fire pit next to the river. Current was very strong so bring life vests just in case. The rocks underwater are very slippery.
Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely return here.
A fenced in pool would be my only recommendation.

Magical River
My friend and I recently lost our husband's we needed a peaceful vacation...The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Back yard has a fire pit and swings under Gazebo next to a running river where I found peace I needed. At night along the river fire flies light up the mountain. The property was truly magical. I most definitely will come back
when I need rest and relaxation. I would give this a 10 star rating but I see only
A 5 star.
