River Hills Vistas - Lansing

Gorgeous house, clean and plenty of room for three grandchildren, my wife and me, my son and daughter in law and her mother. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and fishing at the river.

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. The entire house made me feel like I was in comfort back at my moms house. Everything was perfect label with the light switches. The house was well equipped with great appliances and plenty of towels, for a large group you know that's always a worry. We loved that upstairs and downstairs had board games and active games for people of all ages. We got the pleasure of being their while there was snow and access from road to drive way was smooth and didn't have any concerns about our vehicles, which we were able to park in garage We did get to enjoy a nice fire using the fire place and it was the perfect view and relaxation we needed to end our stay. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We choose this family for a family reunion over Christmas. The house is not perfect but we had a wonderful stay. We noticed a problem within a few hours. We contacted the manager after hours, she called us within an hour and arranged for a person to come to fix the problem the following day. Overall, it is a beautiful 80s home, with an amazing view, and lots of space to relax together and apart.

This place was awesome! It was nice with plenty of room for me, my husband, our son and daughter-in-law. We could spend time together and still have plenty of privacy with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The upper deck overlooks a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the rocking chairs as we watched the butterflies and listened to the birds sing. The garage is a wonderful amenity to stay dry getting in and out of the car when it's raining. It's convenient location is just 15 minutes from Jefferson and West Jefferson where there's lots to do and wonderful restaurants to enjoy! There's a hot tub for relaxation. It's peaceful and quiet with very little traffic noise. Can't wait to visit again!

The location of the house is fantastic, quiet but close enough to get to West Jefferson for shopping, cheese, Christmas trees, whatever you need. Love the layout of the house with the downstairs living space for children and the hot tub to admire the mountaintops! The views were fantastic with a beautiful sunrise every morning! The only thing is the carpets need cleaning/replaced upstairs and they need curtains to block out the sunlight, downstairs lights and view into the room from the lower level. Otherwise, great place and easy checkout.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were there in early November, and the trees were still beautiful. The home was well stocked and the view was lovely. Such a quiet, peaceful place.

The view from the wrap around porch was amazing! Plenty of space in the house and relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the mountain was spectacular!

I loved the house. View was amazingggg. House was clean. Hot tub, grill, we had issues with the tv not working but we never watched any. Whirlpool jacuzzi in our master suite was LOVE!. Everything was convenient.

This house gave our family of four plus two pups plenty of space while we relaxed and enjoyed all of the comforts of home plus a beautiful Mountain View.
Kitchen was well set up with everything you’d need to cook.
Highly recommend staying here.

We've rented a bunch of houses over the years and this one was managed by hands down the best rental agency. They were very helpful and responsive overall, and especially so when we found the wifi not working on our first arrival. The house is spacious, and was immaculately cleaned for our stay. It's in a wonderful location just a few minutes' walk down the hill to a lovely river. The view from the deck is spectacular. I would absolutely come back to this property in the future.

Loved our stay
The home was beautiful. We ended up spending more time in the house than planned since my daughter and I had 2nd degree burns from the sun when we went tubing. Still thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Absolutely loved the giant porch!
