Home was just perfect for our two families. Tucked away yet close enough to town if needed. House was super clean and the two King beds were more comfortable than most rental places. Main floor master was huge. Only thing to note is the gravel driveway is steep! Even without snow/ice it’s slick enough to make it a challenge if you hesitate. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at lots of VBRO or AIRBNB, but this cabin was beyond expectation. It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, it had almost everything you would need. I loved the master bathroom and bedroom on the main floor. They were HUGE. The kids loved having so many games to choose from to play. The loft was a great place for the kids to hang out and the beanbag was very nice. The upstair bedroom was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to put a comfortable chair in there. The downstairs was very spacious and the kids loved the ping pong table. I would suggest putting better bedding downstairs. The pullout sofa was not comfortable at all. It would be great to have bunk beds or a nice queen size bed downstairs. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a long day. Over all I would definitely give this cabin a 10 or higher. I would definitely go back.

We’ve stayed a few cabins in NC and TN and this by far has been the best one yet. The cabin is beautiful and so spacious. We were a group of 9 and there was enough room for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed prepping various meals as a family. We were impressed on how nice the cabin was inside. The owners sure put a lot of thoughts into the decor. The Master room was enormous and had a great view to the mountains. Since we were two families staying together, it was hard picking who got the master room. We all wanted the room. I suggest making the first level (basement) into another master room :). Our kids loved playing with the pin pong table and the various board games provided in the cabin. Will definitely consider booking this cabin again in the future.

The property was spot on as the listing stated. It was in great condition, plenty of linens, bedding and utensils in the kitchen. The views were great, each night, it was awesome to see the sun set over the mountains off of the main deck. The hot tub was great; only recommendation here would be to turn up the thermostat to make it a tad warmer. Other than that, if you're looking for a perfect mountain trip in Western, N.C., this is your place.

This cabin was super clean and very well equipped. Our kids had a wonderful time playing ping pong and all the games that are stocked in the house! The cabin is in a small quiet neighborhood. There was a little construction going on but nothing too bothersome. Management company was professional and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We have rented literally dozens of cabins in Watauga, Avery and Ashe counties over the years, and Eagle Ridge stands as one of our favorites. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and the layout and amenities were well thought. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for our own food and supplies, the drawers and cabinets were uncluttered and had clean useful utensils, dishes and glassware. Beautiful views, nice hot tub and well placed fire pit were all appreciated. We typically like to stay in a different cabin for each visit to the NC mountains, but we would definitely book Eagle Ridge again. Bravo to the owners for providing an excellent cabin, and to Stay Blue Ridge for their professional customer service.

Way-to-go team! This cabin is absolutely beautiful. We had a such a great time around the fire ring The jacuzzi was great after the miles of trails we walked. The supply of puzzles kept us occupied during the rain showers. Ping-pong...oh yeah! Deer took a morning stroll through the yard while we had breakfast (I don't know how y'all managed that) lol. Thanks for the stay. It was more than we imagined.

Beautiful inviting mountain home in a small quiet gated community. Clean, well maintained with tasteful (exquisite) mountain furniture. Provided a beautiful atmosphere for our Family Christmas vacation. Close to West Jefferson and Boone

Stayed 3 nights with family for a getaway. We searched for weeks before deciding on Eagle Ridge which ended up being the perfect choice! Our checklist was mountain views, hot tub, enough space for us to spread out and have our own space (me, fiance, and 2 kids), and ideally something that felt like a cabin with nice amenities (my fiancé's request). We were very pleased as this property checked all these boxes and then some! Property management was great and helpful. This cabin is very well thought out. Tons of games and activities. If you are looking for a place that you don't have to leave this is a great choice. Cozy gas fireplace, hot tub, and jetted tub...don't threaten me with a good time! Pictures did not do the view from the front porch justice but they did represent the area well. We all had a blast playing ping pong although none of us were good at it lol I thought a pool table would be great in the basement but the ping pong table ended up being fun for us all. Driveway up is a little steep but passable for us with no issues in a FWD sedan. There are multiple parking spots before going all the way up perhaps for additional guests/multiple vehicles or if there is ice or snow could see that being useful. Lutside and inside this place was very well maintained, clean, and the kitchen was amazing too! Beds were super comfortable (fiance loved the comforter sets), and the loft upstairs was a cool spot to hang out with the oversized bean bag. The master bedroom is HUGE! Few things to note that maybe we missed or would be helpful to future guests/property management. We were not able to locate a hair dryer, and there is an awesome firepit outside but you have to provide your own firewood. No big deal though as there is a guy 1.5 miles down the road that had some available for $5/bundle. We left some behind for the next guest :) Just wasn't sure if there would be some on site as I didn't see that specified at time of booking. All things considered the hair dryer/firewood were both very minor details that did not take away from our experience in the least. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and nice cabin with amazing views! We look forward to our next stay :)

Amazing Property!
Eagle Ridge is a beautiful cabin with amazing views. The cabin is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay-upgraded appliances, linens and lots of activities. The location is great!

Gorgeous cabin
This cabin was amazing, kitchen was very well equipped and spacious. There were many board/card games for entertainment. The new hot tub was amazing, in a perfect spot with breathtaking views. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Overall was very clean and well appointed cabin. Would definitely recommend, we will most definitely be back!!
