Pet Policy:
- Dog-friendly with prior notice and approval.
- Maximum of 2 mature dogs.
- No puppies or other animals permitted.
- A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
- 4WD or AWD is required year-round due to the steep driveway.
- Please plan accordingly and make sure your vehicle is equipped for mountain access before arrival.
Our properties offer stays from a 2-night minimum up to 60 nights for online booking. Longer stays may be available upon request—please reach out, and we'll be happy to discuss options.
Rates and minimum-night requirements vary by season and property. Additional fees may apply to extended stays to cover additional cleaning and supply replenishment costs.
