Porch Perfect Log Cabin - West Jefferson

This about our 4th year staying at this beautiful house. This is my little happy place it is so peaceful and the view is amazing. When it was the 3 year anniversary of my brother passing we first came here, and the three cross’s across the road high up in the mountain brought me so much peace I’ll always have that peace at you beautiful home Thanks for sharing your your home with us Mark, Teresa, Alisha, McKenzie and Caleb 🙏🩷

We really enjoyed our stay at Porch Perfect! The views were the best of any cabin we've ever had and we've been coming to the Boone/West Jefferson area every October for 15 years. The pictures on the website don't do justice to how it looks in person. The hot tub and gas logs were so nice since the weather had turned colder. We plan to come back!

The home is lovely. The location is breathtaking. Happy we didn’t need a 4 Wheel Drive to experience this beautiful setting.

our family 4 adults and 2 children had a great time. The girls and their dad enjoyed the fishing pond. The adults loved the porch and the hot tub. July 4th fireworks show across the road. Did not have to go anywhere. Plenty of cook ware and dishes. Great grill. Located close to everything.

Love this cabin! Great location, Quiet and peaceful area. Beautiful well maintained area. Love the tree farm and pond. Cabin having everything located on one floor. Furnished beautifuly. What a beautiful home and the views, well they are breathtaking! There are so many wonderful things to say about this home and our stay. The home was clean, had everything we needed and was decorated perfectly! The front porch was our favorite. We sat outside and just stared at the view. From the pond on the property, the horses next door, the Christmas tree farm across the street and the autumn colors that draw so many to this magical place. We could sit there forever and listen to the birds. Amazingly quiet and at night so dark you can see stars forever! Of course you've got to visit West Jefferson, only a few minutes away, the coolest little town with so many places to shop, eat and explore! Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us!

We had an amazing stay at Porch Perfect. As soon as my nephew stepped outside the car after we arrived, he said it was the most beautiful place he's ever seen. The view was beyond amazing. We loved the bunnies and all of the birds around the property. The house had everything we needed and the layout was great with the primary bedroom on one side and the others bedrooms on the other end. The location was awesome as it seemed like it was far away from everything, but it was only 8 minutes to the grocery store. Thanks for the excellent stay.

We took a long weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle and felt we lucked out with Porch Perfect! The views of the Christmas tree farm, pond, landscape were beautiful. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, grilling delicious dinners, and walking around the grounds taking in the scenery and fresh air. The interior of the home was a great layout and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, bedrooms were cozy, the kids loved the option of games in the garage on one of the rainy days while we were there. We hope to return to Porch Perfect another time!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Porch Perfect. The porch was perfect and a place we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings while watching deer and foxes run through the pasture. The cabin was a good value and it was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, close to waterfalls,Boone, and West Jefferson. We enjoyed the shops downtown and the Ashe County Cheese store. Definitely a great vacation!

This is my 5th time staying here (once as Porch Perfect and the other 4 under old rental name). This cabin stay never gets old. From the front porch and view, to all of the amenities and hot tub are wonderful! The kitchen is fully equipped and there was nothing you need extra! The cabin is located close to down town and easy to find. We had a lot of rain and just enjoyed a long and relaxing weekend! I will definitely rent again!

Incredible views from the front porch. It was in a nice and private location with some neighbors around and still close to town. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. Super comfy master bed too!

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE. Very Charming, View of a Christmas tree farm also at night if you look at the top of the Mountain across the street you will see 3 Crosses lit up in the sky. We feed local horses carrots and took a walk down to the pond and creek. The house itself is very cozy and clean. We look forward to our next trip here to discover more of West Jefferson ...The Long Family

This beautiful home helped to make our 4-night stay in the Blue Ridge Mountains a mighty nice time. One floor plan was perfect for us "senior" ladies. We were very pleased with Porch Perfect. Two couples in the mountains for the Blues Festival and fun day at the old barn winery. Short distance to West Jefferson. The cabin is easily accessible if you are not a fan of hiking up stairs to make it inside. Neighborhood was great and our view was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Porch Perfect! We felt right at home, and really wished it was our home. Beautiful setting, lovely breezes, and we loved having coffee in the morning with the birds and taking a soak in the hot tub at night under the stars. So peaceful! The home is very welcoming, and smelled fresh and clean. Had everything we needed. Only downfall was that we had to leave! Looking forward to booking another vacation in the high country when we can spend more time exploring and relaxing. Thank you for helping to make our trip sooo memorable.

We felt so lucky to stumble upon this new addition to Stay Blue Ridge. As someone who has rented out a second home before, we know what it takes and Porch Perfect had all the bases covered. The home was so quintessentially cozy and the owner's attention to detail was amazing. Beautiful mountain views, adorable decor, fireplace, hot tub and even games in the garage to take a break from the cold; we had a picture perfect stay. A special thank you for ‘ordering' over 10” of snow, that was going above and beyond!
