OUTDOOR LIVING: Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. New River access is located by the Rustic Rd bridge.

There are external cameras monitoring the public areas outside of the house.
Dogs Welcome! Must be well behaved, leash/crate trained, 2 years or older and 45lbs or less. $50 / per pet. 2 dog limit.

ACCESS: To access the property, you will cross the New River via a low water bridge. Easy access to property.
PARKING: Room for 3 vehicles. 4WD/AWD recommended in winter months for safety.

We had an amazing time. Squatch's Den was perfect. It had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy. And to our surprise, we got to enjoy the wildlife every day from the back patio. We had deer that come thru every morning and every evening. Definitely will be booking our stay here again!!

We came to the West Jefferson for a weekend of river tubing. Sasquatch's Den was the PERFECT spot for us. The home was beautiful. This place had everything we needed for a short stay.
