Naughty Pine cabin is the perfect size for a family or two couples, and you'll love the ample covered and open porches on which to relax with a good book or glass of wine, a beer or cup of coffee, alone or with your peeps. Dine outside in the summer or take a soothing dip into the hot tub! And if you want to gather round the campfire, it's simple at Naughty Pine - just turn on the modern gas fire table without leaving the comforts of the porch!

The level, open yard is great for stretching out with your pet or playing some outdoor games with your kids, and you'll enjoy walking the neighborhood roads and exploring the 5 acres of Naughty Pines' property.

Inside, the public rooms have an open floorplan so no one misses out on the fun. The kitchen is just the right size, and supplies whatever you'll need to fix a meal. The island adds extra counter space. It's also only a step from the covered porch and dining table. If you like to cook outside, there's a gas grill just a close by to the kitchen.

In the evenings, creating ambiance is easy with the gas logs in the stone fireplace, and you can enjoy the comfy sofas or rocker for a movie or just relaxing with people you love.

This cabin is perfect for a family or two couples, with a queen-sized bed in the main floor master, and two doubles upstairs in the loft. Both bedrooms share the main floor bathroom.

Location
The cabin is located just 3 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway, on the eastern side of Ashe County - easy to get to from the Piedmont cities, and only 20 minutes from West Jefferson. A great location for exploring Ashe & Wilkes counties (some fun antique stores, apple orchards, Merle Fest every April), the Parkway and an easy drive from Boone and Blowing Rock.

West Jefferson has become a destination, and we know you'll love our downtown, with shops, galleries, antiques, restaurants, music, 2 theaters and festivals! We have two breweries now, New River Brewing and Boondocks, and just ten minutes past West Jefferson you can do a taste testing of hard cider at Molley Chompers in Lansing. Stop in after for pizza at Pie on the Mountain, close to the cidery, or take a stroll in the Lansing Creeper Park in downtown and along Big Horse Creek.

No matter which direction you go, north or south, on the Blue Ridge Parkway, the views will thrill you. We who live up here see them all the time, and yet we are continuously amazed by the expansive vistas. All along the BRP are hiking trails (research the Parkway website). North from the cabin will bring you to Doughton Park and the Brinegar Cabin, where you can find out what life was like here in the late 1800s. South brings you to Moses Cone Park, with an awesome crafts gallery and more trails.

Looking for a river adventure - Zaloo's Canoes is only 15 minutes from the cabin, north on Highway 16. Schedule your time on the New! Would you like a bicycle adventure? Head to the village of Todd, and rent bikes (or canoes, or take fishing lessons) at River Girl Fishing, and enjoy the flat ride along Railroad Grade Road. Up for a bit of exploring farther afield? Head to Damascus, VA and rent bikes for a sensational woodland ride on the Virginia Creeper Trail.
